Our policy lasts 3 days. If 3 days have gone by since you received the product, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Such as customized products we only exchange them if you received a damaged product.
• Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
• Damaged/Missing items must be reported/emailed within 3 days of receipt with photos attached to your return request. If not reported within 3 days, we will not issue replacements. We are not responsible for normal wear and tear to items purchased and will not issue a new item outside of the 3 day window of receiving the item.
• If you have received an incorrect item, please issue a return request within 3 days of receiving your order with a picture of the items and packing slip.
• Refunds for Returns: Please note that original shipping fees are non-refundable.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your return. If you are approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will be applied to your original method of payment within 5-7 business days. In case of cash on delivery order, we will contact you for your refund details.
